I am a Holistic Nutrition Consultant and a Mind/Body Health Coach. Using these tools, I work to address health, weight and body image issues on physical, psychological, and spiritual levels.
What is Holistic Nutrition?
Holistic Nutrition is really about healing and supporting the body with healthy nutrients that are derived from whole, natural foods. A number of health issues can be linked to various nutritional deficiencies and poor quality food. We either nurture good health or break health down with the everyday food choices that we make. I don’t believe in any one size fits all diets. I help clients eat clean, whole, nutritious and delicious foods that support overall health and healing.
I earned my Holistic Nutrition Consultant credential through Bauman College. The program teaches therapeutic applications of various foods and supplements coupled with an in-depth study of the foundations of nutrition including biochemical individuality, anatomy, physiology, macro and micronutrient requirements, and healthful food selection.
What is Mind/Body Eating Coaching?
Mind/Body Eating is able to effectively address weight concerns, binge eating, overeating, body image challenges, and health concerns such as fatigue, mood, digestion and immunity, by exploring their connections to our primary life dimensions such as relationships, family, work, and sexuality.
I received my certification as a Mind/Body Eating Coach at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology. My work combines the powerful break through approaches of Mind-Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology.
